General Terms and Conditions of Business

1. Including the membership in the Berufsverband Dresdner Gästeführer e. V., the professional indemnity insurance as well as liability insurance applies.
2. All tours can be booked as private or group tours (max. 35 participants in the walking tours). For larger groups an additional tour guide will be called in (thereby the above listed fee will be doubled). The recommended group size is up to 25 participants (walking tours).
3. Your booking will be confirmed in writing.
4. The booking does not include admission fees or transportation costs. These must be paid by the client.
5. The tour guide commits to waiting for a delayed group up to 45 minutes at the arranged meeting place. By non-attendance the arranged payment will be due without discount.
6. At any time before the commencement of services the guest can withdrawal from the contract. In the case of a cancellation of less than 72 hours before the commencement of services, a bill of 50% of the fee will be charged to the client.
7. The fee can be paid on-site or per bank transfer according to the billing and service provision.
8. By excusable absences—in the lines of a serious accident or injury—both the beneficiary as well as the tour guide can withdrawal from the contract. In these cases no fees accrue.
9. In the case of sickness the tour guide is obligated to provide a competent substitute guide.
